We offer flexible agreements where you select the services you want us to provide to your clients - Examples of how this works are below:

  • Our services may be provided in areas of the country where our partners don't have sufficient resources.

  • Only services our partners require are offered to their clients. e.g. Some of our partners have very strong software support skills but supplement these skills with an agreement with us to provide hardware maintenance.

  • Comprehensive on site support is provided, where our partners do not want the expense of employing geographically dispersed support staff. Arrangements may also be made for some of our engineers to be trained on their software enabling them to provide support on a much more cost effective basis.
