Project Management

Anti Virus & Anti SPAM
Matrix offer MailController, a fully managed service providing complete protection
from viruses, malicious content and spam hidden inside Internet email. Because MailController
is a managed service there is no hardware or software expenditure, you simply subscribe
to the service. All inbound and outbound emails are interrogated by Mailcontroller
at the Internet Service Provider level, ensuring that that all junk mail is filtered
and prevented from being sent to your network.
The on-line customer management portal gives you the ability to set-up, manage and
control your mail in terms of configurable spam thresholds, white list, black lists
and delivery reports.

Chris has been with us for 3 weeks and has already demonstrated his IT Sales knowledge by completing and passing the VMWare Sales Professional qualification. Chris will be working within the Matrix team over the coming months to educate companies on all the services Matrix can offer including Cloud Computing, VMWare and our fully managed IT Support packages.
Matrix Retains Microsoft Gold Partner Status

As part of the Trisoft Group, we are delighted to announce we have again retained our Microsoft Gold Partner status.
Demonstrating our on going ability to deliver Microsoft projects, our commitment to training our staff and feedback from our loyal customer base, all provided the base to our renewal. As Microsoft have made the renewal process more stringent this year, we are delighted to again obtain the Gold Partner Status.

Microsoft Certified IT Professionals

Congratulations go to Lee Sweetzer and Clayton Montgomery who have both upgraded their Microsoft accreditations to become Microsoft Certified IT Professionals (MCITP) this week.
This brings the number of MCITP’s in the company to three, again showing our commitment to training our staff with the latest technologies to deliver up to date solutions and support, to our customer base.
