There are many benefits of having your servers hosted in the cloud, including low monthly payments rather than a large initial outlay, software assurance meaning you always have the latest version, no hardware failures to worry about, no issues with local power cuts and incredibly easy remote access.

So how can The Cloud help you?

When you upgrade to The Cloud there is no major outlay like there is with a traditional server upgrade, so it eases cash flow.

You will also always have the latest software as you will be provided with software assurance. There are no manual backups to do as a copy of your server is taken every 6 hours and kept for 7 days.

There are no hardware failures or local power failures to worry about as the data centres have sufficient power to last 30 days should power be interrupted for any reason. Very easy remote access, so data can be shared over multiple locations.

The storage is scalable, so you only pay for what you use, and you can change how much you use as often as you like.

Who can use The Cloud?

The general idea is to save you time and money by reducing the time you spend fixing server problems and massively reducing your power usage and increasing accessibility.

We are pleased to welcome Chris Wallace into the Matrix sales team

Chris has been with us for 3 weeks and has already demonstrated his IT Sales knowledge by completing and passing the VMWare Sales Professional qualification. Chris will be working within the Matrix team over the coming months to educate companies on all the services Matrix can offer including Cloud Computing, VMWare and our fully managed IT Support packages.

Demonstrating our on going ability to deliver Microsoft projects, our commitment to training our staff and feedback from our loyal customer base, all provided the base to our renewal. As Microsoft have made the renewal process more stringent this year, we are delighted to again obtain the Gold Partner Status.
